Refund Policy

1. Digital product nature

The products sold on this site are digital goods. Because digital content can usually be accessed or downloaded immediately after delivery, refunds are generally limited once delivery has been completed.

2. Eligible cases

A refund may be considered if:

You were charged more than once for the same order, you did not receive the purchased product within the stated delivery period, or the delivered file is materially inaccessible or corrupted and support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. Non-refundable cases

A refund will generally not be provided for:

Change of mind after delivery, dissatisfaction based on expected business results, failure to use the product, or disagreement with the commercial viability of the business idea after purchase.

4. Delivery issues first

If you do not receive your order, contact support before initiating a charge dispute. In many cases, delivery problems can be fixed quickly by resending the file or providing a fresh download link.

5. Request window

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to support@startbiz.cc and include the email used for the purchase, the order details, and a short explanation of the issue.

7. Review process

Refund requests are reviewed individually. If approved, the refund will be sent back through the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Chargebacks

Filing an unjustified chargeback after receiving the product may result in suspension of access, order records being flagged for fraud review, and additional evidence being provided to the payment processor.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page applies at the time your request is reviewed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
